Materials

We will study Luke during the 2024-2025 quiz season. If you want to get started early, make sure you are reading the NIV 2011. Quiz practices will start again in late July or early August.

***If you are not sure that you want to quiz, feel free to attend a couple of practices before you order anything. It is common for first time quizzers to attend a couple of practices before ordering materials. You can get by for a few weeks. For everyone else, it is recommended that you have your materials for the first practice.***

Upcoming Practice Schedule

The practice time focus on practicing for a quiz and how to answer questions. The first two (July 31 and Aug 7) will focus on getting all quizzers (new and old) up to speed on how quizzing works.

Practices will be held in Room 108(Murphy’s Chapel). This room is in the hallway on the south side of the sanctuary (by the choir room). If the doors are locked, knock really loud or call Bill.

• Practice: July 31 – 5:45-6:30
• Practice: Aug 7 – 5:45-6:30
• Practice: Aug 14 – 6:00-6:30 (First Regular Practice. Study Luke 1 to be ready for this practice.)
• Practice: Aug 21 – 6:00-6:30 (Study through Luke 2)
• Practice: Aug 28 – 6:00-6:30 (Study through Luke 3)
• Practice: Sep 4 – 6:00-6:30 (Study through Luke 4)
